The Country Lane Cottage is a home based bakery with old-fashioned values in a modern world. We officially started in 2005. Locally owned by my husband and & I. We are located in Panora, Iowa nestled in at beautiful Lake Panorama.
Here at the Cottage we offer a variety of choices in custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other little goodies.
I started decorating cakes as a small hobby at age 14. After realizing the talent, and being pestered by friends and family to open a bakery, My husband and I took a major plunge into owning our own home-based bakery.
Our business has simply grown by leaps and bounds, simply by word of mouth.
All our products are baked with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We’ve promised our customers no compromising on the quality or the taste.
